Description
Nowadays AI is fairly successful at mimicking human intelligence. But has it taught us more about ourselves? Join us for a discussion led by Ari Benjamin, Ph.D., a computational neuroscientist who studies how the brain is similar and different with the neural networks of AI. Will the idea of the "neural network" let us link brain cells to thoughts and the life of the mind? Or are they a bag of engineer's tricks and altogether different?
See Industry's menu for a list of drinks for purchase.
Note: CSHL does not provide food so please plan ahead.
Please Note: Seating is first come, first serve. Standing room is available once the seats are filled. Reserving your ticket on Eventbrite does not guarantee you a seat at the event.
